1. Discover the lake by paddleboard
It's impossible to come to Nantua without trying stand-up paddleboarding (SUP).
Accessible to everyone, it allows you to explore the lake at your own pace while enjoying a unique view of the surrounding mountains. For families or groups of friends, a maxi paddleboard is also available for sharing a convivial moment on the water.
Our advice: set off early in the morning, when the lake is particularly calm.
2. Set sail!
The Nantua Sailing Club offers a wide range of equipment for rent: dinghies, catamarans, windsurfing boards, and even cruising sailboats. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced sailor, everyone can enjoy the ideal conditions offered by this glacial lake, located at an altitude of nearly 470 meters.
